Seymour. Feb 11

I got up at 6:30am ish to get ready for my day of snowboarding at Seymour with J and Jay. I left my house at 7ish. Weird thing tho was the police office who drove up to my house as I was leaving to ask if I had reported a fire. I said no and he said someone at my house address had. I told him there were more people in the house and he was free to go to the door and ask them. He was walking up to the door when I drove away. I got some gas for my car and the headed for Jay's house where we were all meeting up. We got his car packed up and we on the road by 8am. The drive to Seymour usually takes a bit more than an hour. The nice thing about leaving that early is there is less traffic on the road and less people on the hill when you get there. Both positive things to me. J and I started out on the Lodge chair and Jay left to get in a run or so on the Mystery chair and check out the conditions there cause J wanted to try it today. J and I got 2 runs in and the Jay meet back with us. The two of them went off to the Mystery while I got in another 5 runs on the Lodge chair. I loved it. It gave me a chance to practice my toe edge by myself without any eyes or pressure. By the 4th run I was doing it perfectly and loving it. I meet back up with them after they got 2 runs in on the Mystery chair. We got another 6 runs in before we decided to head over to the Mystery chair before we were done for the day. Getting off this chair can be a pain but it wasn't as bad as the last time K and I came. We got in 2 runs before we all felt done for the day. It was really good. The snow was terrific and the run it's self is fabulous. We headed back to the car and got on the road by 2pm. It was a pretty great day altogether. When I got home a took a long nap and then played some super mario before laying on my bed listening to audiobooks. I ended up falling asleep early but considering my lack of sleep the night before and all the snowboarding today I guess my body just decided it was done for the day.
