Longish day. Feb 12

I slept a little later than usual so I decided to go to the 10:30am service. K text me during the service to tell me she remembered to bring the shake stuff for me and asked if I'd help her do some set up stuff for an event she had to do at the church at night. I said sure and I'd meet her at the back after the service. I made a quick detour to Kid's City after the service to grab my crim check papers that I had forgotten a week or so ago. Then I meet K at the main sanctuary and we got started. We set up tables and chair. Put on table clothes and plates. Decorated the walls, chairs and lights with streamers and then took a break to White Spot for lunch before heading back to finished off the decorating with some posters and such. We ended up getting finished around 3:30. I had barely driven home and got changed in pajamas when my sister Lis called and asked if I wanted to come over for coffee. I agreed and headed over. I was there for an hour or so and we had a really good time catching up. We haven't seen each other as much as we use to so I was good to catch up. Afterwards she followed me back to my place because I told her I'd let her buy one of the new weight management shake containers off me so we could both try it out. I then settled down to watch a few tv episodes and found myself falling asleep early again. Oh well I guess my body needs it.
