K and I met up with L and her younger sister at the Starbucks this morning. We were going to the 12:30 service at the Costal Church in Vancouver. Most of us haven't been there before but heard lots of great things about it. K's been there a couple times and really enjoyed it. The service was great. Thought provoaking and genuine. You could tell the pastor spoke from his heart and wasn't just up there talking away. After the service we headed home. I got back to Chilliwack shortly after 2. I drove to my sister's and we went for our first 4km run. I have to say even though I felt out of shape it felt really good to say I was able to run the 4km in 38 minutes. :)
