Reestablishing goals. March 5

Today was good. I made the decision that I need to get back to eat three main meals and limiting my snacks as well as doing at least 30 minutes of wii fit per day. I read some books in the afternoon. Ate dinner and then did 30 minutes of wii fit before heading to young adults. We had a really good time and talked more about the spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit. We mostly discussed the speaking in tounges and the interpertation of it. I got back home around 9:30 and then headed to bed.
