Youth Night. Feb 3

My work day trundled along quite nicely. After work I iced the last of the cupcakes and got my stuff together for the youth night. I arrived at 6ish and unloaded all the cupcakes, cookies and rice crispy treats I made from my car. All the leader helped set up a few things and had a prayer meeting before the kids arrived. The kids started arriving at 7pm. It was a loud and fun chaos. At eight we got the kids sitting in the main room for worship hour. At 9pm we went to the bowling hour and got the the kids orgainzed into lanes with a leader each. We bowled from 9pm to 11pm. It was great. An organized, load and excited chaotic night. The kids had a great time. We played two games in the two hours and by the time we were done everyone was ready to head back. We feed the kids with pizza, chips and vegtables when we got back. After that we set out the desserts and all the kids set up to either watch movies, played video games, or card games. At midnight some of the leaders and kids went over to the sancutary to play "murder in the dark" and "the chair game." I headed home around 1am. Tired out and with the beginning of a headache but still having had a great night all in all.
