Day with the girls. Jan 1

So today has been terrific. A great start to the new year. The service this morning was fabulous and the worship was awesome. After the service K, M, Ji and I went to Abbotsford for lunch. The plan was to grab a quick and yummy lunch at Wings. We were throughly disappointed to discover they were closed. Of course, then we remembered that Abbotsford has a Swiss Chalet and all was good again. We had delicous food and talked and visited for a couple hours. Eventually we headed back to Chilliwack were we said our goodbyes and headed out. Ji and I met up at the mall and did a little shopping and soon enough K texted me and asked if we were at the mall too cause she wanted our opionion on a sweater she was trying on. We soon after made our way over to the Payless shoe store. K decided she wasn't seeing any shoes she wanted and headed home while Ji and I continued trying on shoes for a while longer. We then made our way over to the Sears and shortly after said our goodbyes and headed home. I have to say for the first day of the new year it has been pretty terrific so far. Plus the fact that tommorow K and I will be heading out to Seymour to go snowboarding and I can finally try out my new board. So excited I can hardly wait!!
