Back to work... Jan 23

Today was the first day back to work in a week. It felt a little strange getting up at 6am and leaving for work. It took a while longer to get to work than usual because there were two bad accidents; one on the highway and one on the main road. There was still quite a bit of black ice and snow and people weren't being as careful as they should have been. The work day actually passed quite smoothly and before long I was heading to town to do the banking and then heading home afterwards. I wasn't really in the mood to do anything when I got home so I ended up watching figure skating on CTV. I love figure skating. It's so beautiful to watch. K text me around 4 to ask if I wanted to go for dinner before YA's tonight. I was in the mood to cook anything so I agreed. We went to White Spot. I had grilled cheese and french fries. My friends always laugh at me, they say my food choices always look like they are from the kid's menu but what can I say, I like what I like. After dinner we headed to YA's. We had to get there early because K had to open everything up because the usual YA's leader wouldn't be there tonight. We had a really good YA's evening but by 9pm both K and I were getting tired and ready to head home. What can I say after a work of not working a full day of work makes me tired. I am sure by Wednesay I will be back in full swing.
